Usuário tem acesso gratuito e empresa tem 10 dias para responder à reclamação

A plataforma Consumidor.gov.br é um serviço público que possibilita a resolução de problemas diretamente entre o consumidor e a empresa, pela internet, sem a necessidade da instauração de processo administrativo ou judicial. E agora, tornou-se também um aplicativo que pode ser baixado, gratuitamente, nas lojas virtuais, em aparelhos que utilizam o sistema Android. São aproximadamente 800 empresas participantes representando setores como o de telecomunicações, bancos, varejo, indústria, transporte aéreo e planos de saúde.

Como usar
Primeiro, o consumidor verifica se a empresa contra a qual quer reclamar está cadastrada no site.
Então, registra a reclamação e a empresa tem até dez dias para analisar e responder
Em seguida, o consumidor tem até 20 dias para comentar e classificar a resposta da empresa. É preciso informar se a reclamação foi resolvida ou não e ainda indicar o nível de satisfação com o atendimento recebido.
